Strongly discourage visiting AutoNation. Made my husband drive all the way down there just to tell him they didn't have the part and didn't know when they would. Apparently these guys haven't heard about a drive all the way down there just to tell him they didn't have the part and didn't know when they would. Apparently these guys haven't heard about a nifty little invention called the telephone yet. More

I got an oil service on Monday, 9/20 and I was told that my tires will need attention soon. My tire pressure came on while driving back home. I called and was told that was a call station…the person transfe my tires will need attention soon. My tire pressure came on while driving back home. I called and was told that was a call station…the person transferred me to the person that handled my service…left a message and never got a call back. Tried to call again and chose option for service or operator to no avail. Since I’m not able to reach them, I made an appointment with Firestones to get an inspection so I can have everything checked. Very disappointed. More

Went for oil change 9 am appt. asked how long of a wait was told 1-1 1/2 hr. Took a Little over 3 hrs. I understand they checked other stuff but that’s a bit much. Also customer service advisor was a bit was told 1-1 1/2 hr. Took a Little over 3 hrs. I understand they checked other stuff but that’s a bit much. Also customer service advisor was a bit rude and short. The advisor they had my appt with wasn’t even there. And the advisor that usually takes care of my stuff probably doesn’t even work there anymore ( she was polite and attentive and kept you informed.! She gets 5 stars) this guy Saturday didn’t deserve the 3 I gave. Didn’t even say thank you when I paid! More
