Unfortunately was just there did not have a good experience was there because my car was running sluggish I got 30 mins before my appt. was told they would tun a test on it after 2 hrs. I went out to check on it they service guy was on the phone but told me he would check and let me know . Another hour went by no word I went back to his station was not there but finally another man came asked me if I needed help told him the problem he went back checked on my car and two minutes later my car was ready. Maybe it had been ready for awhile ? Was not a good experience maybe next time will be better if I decide to come back. May be y’all are short of help? I took my Honda Crv in because when applying brakes I felt pulsating in the brake pedal. Within the last 12 months, I had my brakes, an alignment and some part for the boot. I was charged nothing. So, I am thinking it was warranty issue or they did something wrong during my last visit. I do have a complaint about the Ladies' restroom. The Ladies' restroom needs some updating. The stall door have no hooks to hang a purse or coat from. Some doors do not latch or it is not operational. But the restroom was clean. More
