After extensively researching various models, we had decided to purchase a new Hybrid CR-V or a c very helpful, courteous, professional, and patient. After extensively researching various models, we had decided to purchase a new Hybrid CR-V or a competing brand/model to replace a vehicle lost in an accident. The automobile market in Spring 2022 was very seller-friendly, with many dealerships adding significant mark-ups over MSRP (sticker price) without adding any value. AutoNation took a very different approach than the competing brand and dealerships. The sales team worked with us to identify the exact model, trim, and color that we wanted. They remained in contact with us while waiting for delivery. At delivery, the team spent several hours with us explaining the new technologies and features. This purchase represents my 8th Honda purchase. I have been very pleased with Honda and with the AutoNation dealerships in several locations. AutoNation Honda West Knoxville exceeded my expectations. I bought my truck June 1st knowing it needed a windshield replaced. Which Mr. Bennett made sure that I had the paperwork for the dealership to replace. Service dept reached out and gave me an appointment time and date, I accepted the time givin and I worked around the dealership schedule which meant I took a day off from my company that is already under staffed, gas prices being 4.59gal and I live in Sevierville area I arrived at 9:00am was greeted at the door! Was told a 3rd party would be arriving soon! I sat in the waiting room until around 11:30. I was again approached and was told my windshield had been returned to Ford! So now I’m stuck with trying to work out another day off from my company. I feel like the 3rd party should come to me at this point and replace my windshield ! More
