I purchased my new Hyundai from AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare a few weeks ago. I couldn't be happier with the new vehicle, and I was very satisfied with most of my interactions with the dealership. After choosing a couple of vehicles to drive, I made my choice and we began negotiating. This is where we hit the one major roadblock in the process. The F&I manager I dealt with originally seemed intent on showing me who was "boss" rather than helping me get the facts I needed to proceed with the sale. I was on my way to walk out, but popped into the GM's office on my way out the door. Jim was interested enough to intervene and save the sale. Afterwards, and with a different F&I manager, things went very smoothly and I am very happy with the resultant sale. More
