Thank you for reaching out! No need to make it up now. I’d expect more professionalism next time I stop by and during future visits. I’m my opinion if you have to make something up after you didn’t live up to the customer’s expectations, such as greasy door knob then it’s a common and poor practice that hasn’t been corrected over the years!Don’t make it up, have your mechanics do it daily and that solves the issue. I do have to say that Rob was great. Maybe a suggestion for the future is that he actually checks on the car before handing back the keys.
