Darren was honest and very polite throughout the entirety of our meeting together. Once the deal was finalized, he always made sure of any uncertainties I had. He was very focused on any questions I had...And, he certainly answered them very thoroughly! He truly is a great guy! He was very attentive to my Mother (who is 93-years old). Whereby, she had some inquiries of her own. Darren has a superb personality. One feels very comfortable conversing with him. He, indeed showed me all the features inside and outside of the car. Making sure everything was intact. Furthermore, he invited me to come back anytime if I had more questions or concerns. He really made my Mother and myself feel very important with a continued relationship. Darren then referred me to Kevin Conwell in regards to signing and completing all the paperwork. Kevin is another great guy! He went through all the documents in a thorough fashion. Making sure I understood everything and if I had any inquiries. He also has a very nice personality. In fact, I bumped into Kevin at a Jewel parking lot. I was not aware of him being there. He greeted me and asked me how the new car was doing? At first, I did recognize him due to everyone wearing a mask. Nevertheless, we both began chit-chatting. Point Being: He could have ignored me. He did not! In our conversation, he could have shown signs that he was in a hurry. He did not! He was relaxed and took his time. End Result: Both of these Gentlemen (Darren and Kevin) treated me with respect without an attitude. In my eyes they both have not changed their images since I purchased my dream car (Hyundai Kona 2022). They REALLY make a difference at AutoNation O'Hare. Please give them both recognition! I will highly recommend your dealership. Just make sure these two (2) are present at the time. Thank Darren and Kevin for making this a smooth transition for my Mother and myself Sincerely, Sigilinde Hancock.
