I had run over a tractor tire on the expressway and it tore the shield behind the front grill. I called service at O'hare hyundai and got Bob Oberding, he said they were booked for the next couple of week tore the shield behind the front grill. I called service at O'hare hyundai and got Bob Oberding, he said they were booked for the next couple of weeks. He asked if I could bring it in and couldn't guarantee they'd get to it that day or the next. I took my Palisade in and he was able to get it looked at in less than as hour, got me an estimate, and could order the parts and work on it that day. Three hours later it was done and didn't even interrupt my day. Many thanks to Bob and it has been a pleasure working with him over the past years. More
