I was give a price over the phone. The dealership stuck to this price when I came in, which was better than the other offers I was given at the 3 other dealers. They brought my car in a few hours notice for other dealership, accepted my offer, presented clear pricing, all was transparent deal. My only concern was Financing Department Manager - the optional insurance offered was presented in kind of "old-fashion-dealer-pushy-way". I was surprised by extra charges, could not calculate the value of on the minute notice and it and I felt uncomfortable being pressed. That's the only thing it could be addressed. Overall VERY positive experience. Great price! More
