After 2 appointments to try to get my car painted with an extended warranty that was close to expiring, my case got dropped. It took several calls and no returned calls before I called corporate. Key words: unresponsive, unprofessional, lethargic, incomplete. I had an appointment scheduled for August 2023 for a check-engine light. The instructed me to drop off my car the night before in order to ensure they could look at it early on Thursday. I called 5 times between 8am and 10am the morning of my service, but the service counter never answered. I called a different department (parts) and they said they would physically hand-deliver a note. They still did not call me back. I finally received a call at 3:30pm (the end of my work day). The service person did not get any of my messages, and they were only about to *begin looking* at my car. In other words, they stole an entire day off from me, AND they were not going to have it done until the end of Friday -- now another day off that was not planned. When I picked my car up, the check engine light was still on, even while the car was still in their lot. More
