They canceled it every three times and never told me. I finally went to Hyundai Tempe for a different recall. And Rob one of the service managers was taking care of my car that day. He ordered the parts for my car specifically. No one else even offered to ever do that. Hopefully, this will work and I will get my seat belts fixed. I carry four of my grandchildren around every Saturday and Sunday. This really concerns me so I hope after 8 months it gets fixed promptly. I do have to say also, the new telephone system with the AI answering the phone is the worst thing Hyundai has ever done. I hate it I think everybody else hates it get rid of it. It is the most frustrating horrible thing to experience. I give it one star. I really don't know what they were thinking. More

We brought in the Sante Fe with a repeating problem. I had googled it and all indications were that the hybrid battery was being drained by the infotainment system. This time the tech discovered the inf I had googled it and all indications were that the hybrid battery was being drained by the infotainment system. This time the tech discovered the infotainment system was in a loop trying to get a software update and thus draining the battery. The tech got the download and stopped the loop and the drained battery issue was fixed. We got the vehicle back a few hours later, washed and ready to go. More
