From the first contact with our salesman (Trey Shaw), to the sales manager (Tony) joining us, it was a helpful and non-intimidating process. We had a price in mind (that was within our budget) and Tony and Trey were able to work with us towards being able to purchase the vehicle we test drove and liked. A fine point, also, was that they never left us sitting alone during the course of our purchase; Trey was always there, offering us water or small snack, until our purchase went to final signing in the Leasing Office. Great attention to detail in Customer Service!
