When my car started acting up on my way home, I drove straight to the dealership and they saw me right away. Unfortunately had a bad experience. Terrible experience with Jacen. He was inexperienced and it showed. Further, he did not explain the numbers until I was ready to sign. When I came back the next day to pick up the car- he was extremely show to help and even seemed to be laughing at our frustration. Sadly, he did not follow up with a phone call or apologize for the experience. I'm sure the other staff is better but this was a bad experience for me. More
