Car Shopping made easy I came in to test drive a sonata, but ended up driving one off the lot. I was greeted by the agent that helped and she was friendly and attentive the entire time. She answered all of my questions and provided suggestions on other things. When it came down to the financials, she gave me room to breath without even thinking about it, and that's what made a huge impact on me. I have been to other dealerships before and all they care about is making a sale. Ashley wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted. At one point once the actual purchase took place she turned to look at me and said, "Congratulations!" and told me how excited she was, and that I was going to love my car. Purchasing a car takes a while, so we were in the lobby for a bit, and a lot of the staff inquired about my purchase and thanked me for choosing them. I was taken to (i forgot her name, but she goes over the bluelink service) and she was super pleasant and very thorough about the technology in the car. Finance was a breeze and the gentleman in there, Tony I believe, was a pleasure to talk to and made everything super easy. I am glad i went to Autonation, and they have restored my faith that purchasing a car, isnt as hard as other people have experienced. I will recommend this crew, and be back for normal routine maintenance with my car with them. More

The experience was excellent until the finance portion I was given the hard sell on the warranty. It is unfortunate because had a less insulting and aggressive approach been taken I may have purchased the warranty. My friend had someone else (a female) who she loved. The and got what sounded like more options. It is unfortunate because that tainted my entire experience. I was reluctant to complete this survey because I have spent the past few weeks waiting for one of the terrible this the finance guy says can happen to my car to happen. Again, I cannot tell you how great Josh was and the girl who explained my blue link were. More

Best ever I went prepared to buy, but I was not trading, as I was giving my current 2013 Tucson to my daughter for her and my grandson's use. I had no way of getting the vehicle home, but was assured that they would bring it to me. I was followed home, and then all I had to do was return the driver to the dealership. That was really wonderful. George Bell was very convincing about the need to protect my investment, so I did buy part of the extended warranty package. More
