As usual, Casey Grant and the service department performed outstandingly. In addition to the stop light issue and the recall that the car was originally brought in for, Casey noticed a few maintena performed outstandingly. Plus, I had a 10:00 AM appointment and dropped the car off at 9:45. I was on my way home by 10:45 - I could not believe it when they told me my car was done!! This outstanding service is why I keep coming back to Hyundai of Tempe - I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership to date. More
Recently I was in a car accident totaling our only car. We had been researching vehicles, and been to various dealerships, and this was the final dealership that we were going to see. Saw this car on cars. We had been researching vehicles, and been to various dealerships, and this was the final dealership that we were going to see. Saw this car on cars.com and it had no pictures yet but I did want to still see the car. Upon arriving we were greeted and shown to Leroy. Leroy helped My husband and I and was very friendly! Unfortunately I am unable to hear so He spoke mostly with my husband but made sure to include me in. WE were shown the car A Chrysler Pacifica and instantly I loved it as did my husband. We were given the test drive and we were sold. Leroy did everything he could to make sure that we were satisfied. Needless to say If I need another car I'd Go back to see Leroy. Thanks again for all your help and for being OVERLY FRIENDLY HELPFUL AND For helping us get back to where we need to be with having a car again. More
Updated 07-28-2011 - After speaking calmly and frankly with the General Manager, he said he would personally look into our concerns. I am please to say that in 2 days the matter ahs been resolved. My wife is happy, I am happy, it pays to take issues to a higher authority in the Dealership. Mr. Jeremy Day (General Mgr.) has restored my faith in this dealership. I purchased my 2007 Veracruz new from this dealership. It was a very favorable experience. That says something right there. Casey Grant correctly identified the cause of the noise from our Azera and gave an estimate of the time needed to repair. The repair was completed in even less time than was estimated and the car was wash from our Azera and gave an estimate of the time needed to repair. When making the appointment, I had stated that I needed to drop the car off and get a ride back to work. I was told that would be no problem. When I arrived, the shuttle was out, and I was told it would to drop the car off and get a ride back to work. I was told that would be no problem. When I arrived, the shuttle was out, and I was told it would be right back. I waited over an hour and a half, and my car was done before the shuttle ever returned. This caused me to miss a very important meeting at work. Had I been informed that this was possible, I could have made other arrangements for a ride and would not have missed the meeting. It was very misleading that I was told there would be no problem getting me back to work right away. More
