Casey helped in every way possible to make sure the work was completed. I always feel comfortable on leaving my problems with him and he will follow through. Casey never has done that and always returns my calls ASAP. Since my car needed to be in the shop for 6 days he did all the arrangements for me to get a rental car so only thing I had to do is sign and pick up the car. Again NEVER a worry when he is around to make sure I am satisfied with my service. That's why when we are ready to purchase our new car I will return to Hyundai of Tempe because of the great service dept you have. Thank you Casey for all your help. John Pereyra was my Service Advisor. I was having the 6,000 mile service done on my Sonata. He told me it would be about an hour. In about 5 minutes he came to me and explained that there was a softw 6,000 mile service done on my Sonata. He told me it would be about an hour. In about 5 minutes he came to me and explained that there was a software download that should be done for the auto transmission and the gas flap had been sticking for some people. He said he recomended that I should have it done. I agreed. When the car was finished, I ask him to come out and help me sinc my new cell phone to the car. He was more than willing to help me and took him only a few minutes to complete. He was very friendly and professional at all times. More
