John Pereyra was my Service Advisor. I was having the 6,000 mile service done on my Sonata. He told me it would be about an hour. In about 5 minutes he came to me and explained that there was a softw 6,000 mile service done on my Sonata. He told me it would be about an hour. In about 5 minutes he came to me and explained that there was a software download that should be done for the auto transmission and the gas flap had been sticking for some people. He said he recomended that I should have it done. I agreed. When the car was finished, I ask him to come out and help me sinc my new cell phone to the car. He was more than willing to help me and took him only a few minutes to complete. He was very friendly and professional at all times. More
Fixed the issues another Hyundai Dealer (that was alot closer to my home) had only partially addressed. From the moment I drove in for service I was checked in immediately by Donna Anderson. She processed the paperwork in a quick and efficient manner. I had just settled in at the new customer service lounge, when Donna approached to say the car was done! It had been serviced, washed and driven back from the service bays all in 23 minutes!
