Hyundai of Tempe is the best Hyundai dealership as far as service. I have owned 3 Hyundais and had my car serviced over the years at 2 other places before finding Hyndai of Tempe. I felt ripped off after I paid $350+ for a simple 30k mile tune up which included oil change, transmission fluid change, coolant flush, and tire rotation. Once I got my vehicle on the road after service I noticed my car started to shake at 70mph I immediately took my car to the nearest Discount Tire because I was informed that your service department was closed after notifying them of what had happened. I immediately notice that three of my tires had severe cracks on the sidewalls that were the width of a quarter. I took pictures and got all my tires replaced. The next day Dan your service manager called me and immediately challenged my claim. He told me to come down and prove that I had damage on the tires. He also belittled me saying I got ripped off by the tire company. When I brought the tires down to show him he was immediately defensive and began attacking me. I then asked to speak to his manager. I will not ever go to this dealership or any other Hyundai dealership again because of this experience! More
I thought $45 was high for a brief cargo net install on my 6-wk old Elantra. I live in Ahwatukee, so want to use your more convenient location for all my service needs, but hope I'm not taken advantage my 6-wk old Elantra. I was having trouble with shifting. Hyundai corrected the problem in a timely manner. While doing that another issue occured. They also corrected that problem. Service was fast & easy! All are personnel are always friendly and accommodating. The fact is that I like that they welcome you and ask if they can be of service. I was very concerned about what appeared to be a transmission problem with my 2005 Elantra. I didn't want to rely on "Joe's Garage" to do the work so I looked up Hyundai of Tempe. I was able to transmission problem with my 2005 Elantra. I didn't want to rely on "Joe's Garage" to do the work so I looked up Hyundai of Tempe. I was able to make a service appointment online with just a few clicks. Later, when I discovered that I needed to change the time of the appointment, I was able to do that easily, using the same online system. When I arrived at the dealership, Casey proved to be very efficient and personable. He asked the right questions and got the information he needed to guide the diagnostic process. As it turned out, my transmission was not the problem. It was an external part that cost relatively little to repair. I also had my timing belt changed and my sunroof worked on during the same appointment. The total cost for the work I had done was very reasonable. The people in the department were quick and courteous. And most importantly to me - the car came back looking, feeling and performing like new. Overall I'd say that I'm extremely pleased with the service I received at Hyundai of Tempe this week. More
I am 26 years old and went to Hyundai of Tempe to purchase my first car, ever. I was greeted by Leroy, who made me feel more than welcome at the dealership. Leroy answered all of my questions and helped me find the car I was looking for. I never once felt pressured into buying the car, and more importantly, never felt rushed. Leroy (and everyone I spoke with there) answered every question I had (and as a first-time car buyer, I had PLENTY). It was important to Leroy that I left with the perfect car for me. After finding that perfect car, I met with David to see if it was something I could afford. David worked with me to get the $down:payments to something that was in my price range. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the finance manager (again whose name escapes me), fielded about 50 more questions that I had. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with no pressure to buy anything. I would highly recommend Hyundai of Tempe especially to new buyers. More
