Casey is an outstanding service adviser. Part of my warranty will soon expire, but I've already got plans for my new Hyundai because (1)I do love my Hundai, it's been a fantastic car, but (2)because I have a great service adviser (Casey Grant) that works with me. I had several horrible experiences at 'another' Hyundai dealership, therefore Casey is the reason I have solidified my future return business with this dealership. More
David is very professional, friendly and efficient. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and had a call before 9 am regarding what needed to be done and a fee quote. My car was ready before 10 am. I felt for the work being performed for the 90K inspection it was a high price, in addition it is a "requirement" of owning a vehicle and most people feel the need to get this service completed. Jim Linsey was an excellent salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to have great patience. If he could not answer a question, he found some one who could. Casey had made my apptmnt, but wasn't there when I arrived. A female service stepped in and was very pleasant and helpful. 27,000 mile service was completed quickly and fairly priced. 3 concerns. arrived. Writeup said I needed interior air filter replaced and tires rotated. If I was told this before I went to cashier, I would have had work done while there. 3rd, while driving home and stopped at a light, driver behind me said my brake lights were not working! This should have been noticed at dealership and now requires another trip. Car has run well overall, but this was a disappointment. Previous services have been fine. More

Donna knows my car well, as well do the technicians who have done work on it. I've had the car in for warranty repairs as well as routine maintenance, and my experience has been great so far! I'm waiting for the arrival of 2 parts, which once installed will make my car basically perfect. Donna and the entire staff at Tempe Hyundai have been extremely helpful and I would recommend them to anyone! More
I bought a Hyundai Sonanta Limited at Hyundai of Tempe. The Sasles force was helpful and friendly. Would at least adjust price, unlike another dealership we went to. Only complaint was that the salesmen needed more training on teaching customer about technology on car. It looked like it was the first car that he had done. We were there for over an hour after paperwork was finished while he struggled with Blue Tooth and Navigation. They should practice it until it is second nature to show the customer rather than "hunt and find." He did work at it until it was completed. All in all, I felt comfortable there and did not experience "pressure". I would recommend this dealership to others. Thanks! I love the car! More
