I have some issues with the new Genesis Coupe I purchased last year. I had it in for maintenance and an alignment check a couple times so far. The car pulled to the right since new, but I saw the alignment m last year. I had it in for maintenance and an alignment check a couple times so far. The car pulled to the right since new, but I saw the alignment measurements the last time it was done and they looked ok. Jeremy had me bring the car in today and worked with Service to get the alignment fixed. The car drives better than when I got it, straight down the road. It's a coupe with 19" wheels so maybe it's tough to dial in. Thanks for the help Jeremy. More
Service was performed as we expected, in a professional manner and completed to our complete satisfaction. Although 2 visits were required to complete the necessary work, the second required part's failur manner and completed to our complete satisfaction. Although 2 visits were required to complete the necessary work, the second required part's failure could not be accertained until after the first one was replaced. It required a special order part which came in in a timely manner and the service work to replace it were done the day after it arrived. More

Loved the new customerservice waiting area. As always the staff is wonderful. I had to pick up my daughter at the airport, and they were able to get me on my way in plenty of time. Casey is an outstanding service adviser. Part of my warranty will soon expire, but I've already got plans for my new Hyundai because (1)I do love my Hundai, it's been a fantastic car, but (2)because I have a great service adviser (Casey Grant) that works with me. I had several horrible experiences at 'another' Hyundai dealership, therefore Casey is the reason I have solidified my future return business with this dealership. More
David is very professional, friendly and efficient. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and had a call before 9 am regarding what needed to be done and a fee quote. My car was ready before 10 am.
