I waited 2 hours for an oil change and saw my car sitting ready for over 45 mins. The individual I worked with talked to me as if I was a kid. He was nice enough to give me a free oil change because I had go ready for over 45 mins. The individual I worked with talked to me as if I was a kid. I brought my car in the night before my apt at 840am. Had to call new sells to get my service agent and then she was vial and mean and told me to pick up my car without service. Horrible service. AutoNation Hyundai Tempe is a pretty good dealership, despite a previous negative experience. I recently went back after about a year and the service drive and Department totally wer revamped. New service advisors that were welcoming made for a positive restart. I'm going to continue taking in my Veloster to AutoNation Hyundai Tempe until they xxxx me off again. For now my revisit was positive advisors were welcoming and attentive. I was impressed with the improved service department. The only complaint I have is that I booked the appointment online and didn't realize that I would be waiting in the lounge for 2.5 hours for the service to complete. I know for next time, though!
