Mechanic found various suspension issues during an oil change. Reached out to Max Moon who asked me to bring the car down for assessment. Came in, and after a couple of hours, Max showed me pics of variou change. Reached out to Max Moon who asked me to bring the car down for assessment. Came in, and after a couple of hours, Max showed me pics of various issues, tie rods, control arms, leaking oil pan, which explain my shredded front tires. He also advised I ship the new replacement tires to him as they could install them. He then asked to give him a couple of days to work out the details with the warranty company and he would call me to schedule service. That was 4 weeks ago. I have left 5 messages with him, I asked the operator there for the service manager's number which I have called 5 times. Just rings, no answer until it loops back to the operator recording. after speaking to the operator, she said it was strange, that was the number she has and promised to reach out to the manager to let them know I was trying to reach him. That was 2 weeks ago. I have no idea why I'm being ignored, but this is beyond ridiculous. Next step is to file an official complaint with Hyundai Corp, and then, a lawyer. After 2 hyundais, I can't imagine ever getting one again after the experiences I've had. More

Then I decided to back at previous invoices, as I’ve always gotten my car serviced at AutoNation. Turns out they’d performed the exact service in August of 2022 and wanted to do the same service in April of 2023. Needless to say, they’ve broken my trust AND lost a customer! More
