I was involved in an accident which caused significant damage to the underside of my car. Very complex problem involving an insurance company. I was very fortunate to be assigned to a Service Advisor name damage to the underside of my car. Very complex problem involving an insurance company. I was very fortunate to be assigned to a Service Advisor named Max Moon. To say that he made a difference is an understatement. Max was extremely knowledgeable about the very complex repair, He want out of his way to keep both me and the insurance company informed, He advocated for me. He was truly exceptional. Hyundai is very fortunate to have Max as an employee. My engine was replaced by Brian, a master mechanic. He also deserves mention. Serious situations like this require personal attention. They are traumatic events and they demand employees who are responsive, caring, and experienced. Give Max a promotion and a raise! More
