I don’t know if the service writer was just over worked or what but it didn’t go as I was hoping. And yes he had to deal with an extended warranty Company. Service advisor NEVER returned calls with any updates we requested. Vehicle was in the shop for 2 1/2 weeks. A good week and 1/2 over estimated time. Having my car serviced the other day was a great experience. Max took very good care of me and all of the other customers he was in charge of. I can't get anyone in the service dept to answer the phone, in fact I can't even get the operator to answer the phone. Had the engine from the block up replaced and it's obvious they didn't take the hoo phone, in fact I can't even get the operator to answer the phone. Had the engine from the block up replaced and it's obvious they didn't take the hood off because the inside hood insulation is damaged and at that same point on top of the hood there is a crease. More
