Was very disappointed in my appointment for a repair with an appointment to fix the windshield washer. Waited 40 minutes in line just to check it in. No one was coming around to check me in as I waited in an appointment to fix the windshield washer. Waited 40 minutes in line just to check it in. There were 3 or 4 guys in there but no one outside waiting on customers. Then was told I had to leave it over the weekend and go to Enterprise for a rental car. Waited an hour there. Had to leave it at noon on Saturday and finally called Monday to check status, they were still trying to get it in to take a look. Called the manager and he finally got it moving. More

We were greeted promptly upon arrival at the dealership. The service advisor gave an estimated wait time of two hours for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and part replacement for a recall.
