I wanted the Ioniq 5 and reached out to Josh Gavin. To my surprise Autonation had no “market adjustment” mark up on the vehicle unlike all the other dealerships I talked too that wanted $5000 just beca To my surprise Autonation had no “market adjustment” mark up on the vehicle unlike all the other dealerships I talked too that wanted $5000 just because of greed. Josh was on top of everything from the very beginning. He was able to get me into a car to test drive (which is very hard to do with very low stock) and he took my order for exactly what I wanted. Eventually my car arrived at the dealership and no games were played and paid exactly what was agreed upon months prior. I recommend anyone looking for the hard to get Ioniq 5 to use Josh at Autonation! More

Service rep was unresponsive after i had a problem that did not get properly fixed on the initial visit. After two calls to him with requests to call me I drove to the dealership to get his attention. I did not get properly fixed on the initial visit. After two calls to him with requests to call me I drove to the dealership to get his attention. I think I bothered him. So sorry. So now I need to leave my car for another full day. Well I will and I will give the dealership another shot but I will not work with Jake Washarka in the future. I know things happen but why have voice mail if calls are not returned? More
