Prior to our purchase, we had a great experience. However, once we arrived at the dealership it went downhill. The sales manager said the items were already added and could not be taken off and that the online description was not accurate. My husband felt like this was a bait & switch tactic and got up to leave..... then they removed the item. Additionally, we purchased this used vehicle at night and did not see some of the missing items until the next morning. I called, texted and emailed our sales guy asking about the damage with NO REPLY! I called to the dealership and asked to speak to the manager (that was listed on their website) and was told that manager hadn't worked at the dealership for several months. The guy who answered the phone was less than helpful and when I asked to speak to the sales manager, he conveniently disconnected the call. I called back and spoke to someone else who took my name/number to pass along to the current sales manager.... it's been over a week and I still have not received a call back. Since my purchase, I have received several emails from various people at the dealership congratulating me on the vehicle and to reach out if I had any questions. I responded to every email with no reply so I am left to assume that these emails are auto-generated and not sent with any sincerity at all. Now that they have my money, they couldn't care less about their level of customer service or lack of. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as there are plenty of dealerships in Southern California to choose from and who would be grateful for a sale. More

Ortiz It is almost impossible to by a vehicle from Sharareh Hashemi and Joshua Garcia. I let them know I’ve been in the car business for years and just expect a little bit of professional courtesy. I receive none and got treated like I did not know my way around a car deal, I let them know I would be bringing in a cashiers check from my credit union and have already built my deal on their website. Just need a purchase order, and would fly in tomorrow morning. After being ignored for hours, I finally got a purchase order with almost $4000 in add-ons, that were never explain to me what they were. Then told them I was able to build my deal online, and none of the extras were on there. Told them I just want the car none of the extras, I was told this is just the way they structure their deals. If I was explained to what they were in the beginning, and knew what they were, I might’ve entertain them. But for them to add $4000 more and say it is what it is! Is pretty much a spit in the face. It does suck cause I really wanted this vehicle, would’ve most likely bought a warranty from them if it was decent price. Now I’m going to buy same vehicle, different color in my state, just shocked by how this was handled. More

When I called the sales rep. Joshua Garcia was very polite until he received a picture of my drivers license, so they’re clearly racist! I told them I wanted to buy this car cash and did not get a response. My husband also spoke with Sharareh Hashemi, the sales manager who ignored us as well. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Trust me your money is definitely better spent elsewhere! More
