I was greeted by very friendly and profession sale staff. I felt no pressure what so ever, as I took my time inspecting the truck I was interested in. Although our car was kept for 8 days (much to my chagrin) due to a delayed part order, Rustin Owens kept us appraised of the status of the part delivery and when the car would be ready. Aside and apart from due to a delayed part order, Rustin Owens kept us appraised of the status of the part delivery and when the car would be ready. Aside and apart from the work being performed on our Nissan Murano, the mechanic strongly recommended to Rustin that we replace an air intake boot however, I declined due to price of the part and our sense of urgency in getting our car back. When I went to pick up the car, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Rustin had taken the initiative, expensed the intake boot and had it installed as a courtesy and, I suspect, as a way of appeasing us due to the length of time our car was in the shop. This was above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a service advisor from any dealership! This kind act has earned our repeat business. More
