I didn’t reply at first because I was waiting to see how they did on follow up. Part of the price of my new Subaru was window tinting ($499 add on). When I picked up my Subaru, it had not been done. I had many instances where they would say that they would do something and not get back to me. I love the dealership’s service department. But with all new cars being ordered, it would seem that they would have time to get in touch and finish with my car. More

Working with Bryan Schmidt was very pleasant and professional. The car was clean when I test drove it and Bryan had it detailed prior to me leaving the dealership.
