The fix was completed within Steven’s estimate. Steven’s management of my light replacement was A-1. Next time, I will drive directly to the Service Managers desk. More

After a day of what you would expect from car dealerships, this was our 3rd dealer of the day. Having already been jerked around by 2 others, I was nervous but optimistic. When we arrived, all of the sales folks were busy so we ended up working with the GM Sara. She was a delight, she was upfront about the pricing of the vehicle, gave a very fair value for my trade in, and a wonderful APR right from the start based on my credit score. We went on our test drive with Alex G, he was very knowledgeable about the car, friendly and polite. Total time from when we stepped on the lot to when we drove off in our new to us Subaru was about 2.5 hours but it was such a pleasant experience overall. If you're in the market for a Subaru, highly recommend this dealer versus other Subaru dealers in the Valley! More

I chose them by going on-line to find out who had the model that I was looking for in their inventory. They had only one and had data that showed it would be sold very quickly if I didn't buy it. That was not a "pressure" trick, but a realistic fact of today's new car market. JohnBaptitse met me at my apartment in the vehicle and allowed me to test drive it to the Dealership. More
