The manger, service dept. and sales staff are very friendly and the show room is very clean and quite pretty inside like a showroom should be. My only wish, is the same one I have at every dealer: The buying process takes way toooooo longgggg!! We were there almost 4 hours. Why does it take so long when you pay cash, only look at one car, and do a 10 minute test drive?? Someone PLEEEEASE come up with a plan to shorten this process by, oh I dunno, 85%??? Other than that, nice work. More

My recent visit changed my mind about this dealership. Even though I have had my car in 2 times for the same issue and had to find my coolant leak and show them, they are now taking care of the issue for Even though I have had my car in 2 times for the same issue and had to find my coolant leak and show them, they are now taking care of the issue for me. I got a new service advisor who listened to what I had to explain and was told a lot of things I was told before were not true as I thought. Overall a good trip and I’m no longer as worried about my car having any issues moving forward and going back to this dealership. The advisor switch made all the difference, just wish I had the same advisor I do now from the start as I don’t think I would have had any issues before. More
