They are so friendly. Every time I have been in there to have my car serviced, they are friendly, car was ready when they said it would be. The free shuttle is a super added benefit, once they dropped to have my car serviced, they are friendly, car was ready when they said it would be. This is the first Subaru I have owned so I asked the service tech if he could find someone that could go over a few of the details of the car. Not only did he not follow up on that, I feel as if the car service tech if he could find someone that could go over a few of the details of the car. Not only did he not follow up on that, I feel as if the car was barely looked at in the hour and a half it took for the 30 K check. Car not running smoothly I would’ve thought you would’ve figured out a reason for that. It seems you only change the brake fluid and the oil and I took an entire day for you to service the car. I continue to get great service at this dealership. I'm fully aware there are other Subaru dealers in the valley and closer to my home.. But like they say " better the devil you know than the devil you don fully aware there are other Subaru dealers in the valley and closer to my home.. But like they say " better the devil you know than the devil you don't" Nevertheless, both sales and service departments have been pleasant to deal with, professional. and eager to help. Great friendly atmosphere in the store. I guess time will tell, but for now they get 5 stars!!! More
