He was kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. He reminded me about my complimentary visit and quickly found a time that worked for me. What I appreciated MOST was how easy and stress free Aaron made the process. Instead of feeling pressured, I felt genuinely cared for. Updated: Jaime and Christine accomodated me with an Uber to their dealership and had the car ready to go. I am still a bit upset of the fact that 7 hours were lost and that I could have invested in that tim to their dealership and had the car ready to go. I am still a bit upset of the fact that 7 hours were lost and that I could have invested in that time for studies as a graduate student. But I am happy that some accommodation was granted. Thank you both Christine and Jaime for your patience and understanding. I know it is hard to operate a dealership. I am still a bit upset that the price went up on the same day that I was told that the out-the-door price was lower, but got increased on the same day I visited on Saturday. Still wish that could have been compensated. 9/21/2025: They kept us waiting for 7 hours. I was not told prior to my visit that the vehicle was still being worked on. Therefore, I deserve a huge compensation for this inconvenience, especially since I had work the next day. Although I am happy that I am getting my vehicle. The wait did not justify the price I'm paying How am I suppose to trust your word on having the vehicle and paper work ready, when you didn't have everything ready from the start? More
