I just want to say- THANK YOU so much to Jair. He is the best person that i have worked with, and he made my car buying experience perfect. It was so stress-free, and he made the whole process so He is the best person that i have worked with, and he made my car buying experience perfect. It was so stress-free, and he made the whole process so simple and convenient. He is very kind, friendly, and very, very professional. There was no pressure at all, and he really treats you like a family/friend. I didn't even feel like I was at a car dealership lol. He listens to everything you say and is very patient and lets you take your time. I will DEFINITELY be referring everyone I know to Jair. I also cannot forget to mention Michael! When I first called in, Michael was the first person I spoke with, and he was sooo nice. He literally answered every single question I had, and really took his time, even though it was a phone call. Just his calm demeanor and tone over the phone really made me feel comfortable, and I just had an intuition he was so trustful, and I was right! Jair and Michael are both literally the reason why I chose this dealership. I honestly could've gone to anyone, but I specifically went here because of their trust and kindness. Last but not least, I HAVE to mention David in Finance. I only met him for 20 minutes, but he is SO personable and likable! I cannot even explain, but David's energy, charisma, is so Positive- like it's off the charts! Honestly, I could've talked to him for hours and hours, because he is such a fun guy, but they were closing soon, so we had to get out of there lol. The Sale's man, Jose, who took care of me when I bought my car, was awesome, because his right attitude towards the car sale was awesome.
