I had an excellent service experience at Toyota AutoNation Buena Park thanks to Euiin Lee (Peter). I originally came in just for a 4-wheel alignment on my Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road, but Peter too AutoNation Buena Park thanks to Euiin Lee (Peter). I originally came in just for a 4-wheel alignment on my Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road, but Peter took the time to explain additional services and offered me a very good price on a brake job and brake fluid service along with the alignment. Because of that, I was able to get everything completed in one visit. What really stood out was Peter’s customer service. He arranged an Uber ride home for me while my vehicle was being serviced, which was a very thoughtful touch and made me feel well taken care of. When I returned to pay for the service, he also gave me complimentary car wash coupons. Peter provided outstanding customer care from start to finish. I will definitely return to Toyota AutoNation Buena Park for future service and highly recommend Peter and the service department to my friends and family. My grandson and granddaughter both go to this dealership to have their services done. They’ve always been treated well they suggested I try them and I’ve been doing my oil changes there with them and they’r to have their services done.
