Buying cars and having them serviced at AutoNation has always worked out well for me. I trust my Service Advisor and have had good service assistance from him through several cars. I believe Toyota unders always worked out well for me. I trust my Service Advisor and have had good service assistance from him through several cars. I believe Toyota understands my car and has the quality parts that may be needed to keep it safe and running well. My latest service involved a condition found by Toyota and repaired at no charge. I appreciate that level of care and service. More
This location is my #1 preferred Las Vegas Toyota dealership. Great efficient Service with parts & Labor guarantees. Waiting room is friendly, large with many seating options. The service check-in dealership. Great efficient Service with parts & Labor guarantees. Waiting room is friendly, large with many seating options. The service check-in team communicates progress & completion. All the team members in the service entrance and exit have been great even when I’ve come for just a tire check! After two great used cars purchased at a year old with service contracts, I’m 4 years past any service contracts but still come here to keep my car in top condition. I’ve been a happy customer.for over 14 years! More

First off, I brought our 2009 Prius in for a complete check-up in June 2022 because we were leaving on a road trip, which I expressed to Teddy Margoosian (who was covering for regular advisor Joey Martin check-up in June 2022 because we were leaving on a road trip, which I expressed to Teddy Margoosian (who was covering for regular advisor Joey Martinez that day) and I even described symptoms that indicated an inverter cooling pump issue, but they missed it. We then returned in July when the symptoms worsened and warning indicators and buzzer went off. We made an appointment when Joey was available. During the four days we waited, we researched the problem online. We then had our Prius towed in and suggested to Joey that the inverter cooling pump may be the issue. We pointed out the lack of turbulence occurring in the coolant as a point of concern. We were told it didn't indicate anything and a diagnostic had to be run. After which we were told that the only thing required was the tightening of the connections to the 12v battery. I told Joey that I had checked them, but he insisted they were loose. So I trusted him, as I always have. We did not make it home that day before the symptoms reoccurred. I called and left a message for Joey explaining what was happening. When he didn't call back the next morning (because he was off) we brought our Prius back in. Jonothan Lobos saw us looking for Joey, and came to our aid. When we explained the situation, he agreed that the lack of turbulence was an issue, and ran another diagnostic, which now indicated the faulty inverter cooling pump, and then it was fixed. Jonathan was very helpful, informative, and courteous. But then again, so was Joey, and Teddy, and before that Hugo and 1 or 2 others. We bought our Prius from you, and we bring our Prius to you because you are Toyota, and we trust you know what you're doing. But that trust has been challenged in the past and now is on shaky ground. This is not the '66 Mustang I could work on as a teenager, the technology and equipment to do this work is beyond my reach but it should not be beyond yours, and I should not figure out what's wrong before you do, and I should not be told I'm wrong when I'm right, and I should not pay $172 (plus the $600 to fix the actual problem) to tighten a couple of nuts that were most likely not loose or the real problem in the first place, and most of all I should not be driving a car across the desert on the hottest days of the year with your trusted approval when that could have gone horribly awry.
