On 15 April I had my Toyota Highlander receive a safety inspection. The mechanic noticed that I had a lug nut missing from one of my tires. Although I passed the inspection I went to the last place I took inspection. The mechanic noticed that I had a lug nut missing from one of my tires. Although I passed the inspection I went to the last place I took my vehicle (Leesburg Toyota) to have the lug nut replaced. I thought this would be a relatively quick ordeal but nearly 2hrs later I did not have my car. I checked in with the service technician, explained my issue and sat where all customers sit while waiting on their vehicle. After an hour i noticed my vehicle was still in the bay waiting to be taken to the Toyota mechanic. I approached the service technician who asked "where have you been". I told her I was waiting where all customers wait. Bottom line she made no effort to look for me. They finally took my vehicle replaced the lug nut and I happen to see my vehicle was ready so I waited on the technician again to no avail. I decided to put my phone charger back in my vehicle and noticed the service technician having a casual chat with a co-worker. Once they noticed me, they jumped up and said "Hey sir, your vehicle is ready". I feel had I not gone to my vehicle she would have continued her conversation instead of sending me on my way. I plan to call their supervisor "Amir" to express my dissatisfaction for what I thought was an easy fix. More

Went for my car’s first maintenance check and the full wait was 2 hours which isn’t bad. Most places would have you there all day.
