I usually use this dealership for the device. Recently when I went there for oil change I end up paying close to $500 for the services that I did not request. Thiefs! They steal money out of your car and blame it on you saying you misplaced it. Total xxxxers. I am 100% certain I had $30 in the small compartment near my steering wheel, when I got my car back after you saying you misplaced it. Total xxxxers. I am 100% certain I had $30 in the small compartment near my steering wheel, when I got my car back after spending $2000+ (probably ripped off), I checked that compartment and my $30 was gone. I immediately went to the service guy and told him. He told me their mechanics would not steal anything which is xxxxxxxx. I said they did steal it and to either give me my money back or take $30 off my bill. He refused to and told me I must have misplaced it and sent me on my way. I will never go here again. Horrible people…. Just horrible. Never had this problem with any other Toyota dealership. Can’t believe $30 to them was worth a bad review. Horrible people....just horrible. More
