They were very friendly. And he paid attention to what I was missing. However, they said the parts I ordered would arrive on Tuesday, but they actually arrived on Thursday. was missing. However, they said the parts I ordered would arrive on Tuesday, but they actually arrived on Thursday. More

The oil change light turned on after an oil change was done. I called several times but the phone system would hanged on me. I was able to leave a voice message but no one responded. Do not buy here. Travel a little farther and it will be totally worth it. Sales associates like Juan and David are awesome. But this location has lack of management customer service. Car sales are at a pea totally worth it. Sales associates like Juan and David are awesome. But this location has lack of management customer service. Car sales are at a peak point in a long time. They know it and try to take advantage of it. After a new Atlas was approved by VW Credit the sales manager (Mr. Hanna) and finance manager (Mr. Lance) did not wanted to sell it because I was refusing optional products like tire and paint protection. Finance manager was disrespectful and told me: "I needed'' his signature to approve the sale. I wrote an email to the General Manager of the location and he never bother to reply or call which lets you know why the sales and finance manager are so unprofessional, lack of customer service from the top. When they finally got my Atlas from another location they charged me $375.00 for ''transportation fee'' and it did not had rubber mats, for which I was paying around $350.00. After I requested my rubber mats, they offered the rubber mats of a used Atlas, which I obviously declined and they had to give me what was lawfully mine new. Bottom line just go to another VW location. Sales associates are good, but management will make this sales experience miserable. More
