Thomas and Savannah VW Is a great place to buy a great car Thomas is a courteous, no pressure sales advisor who is straight with customers. When Thomas tells you the parameters of a deal he does not vacillate Thomas is a courteous, no pressure sales advisor who is straight with customers. Good guys Shopping online I found a vehicle at savannah vw. I used the online chat service to find out if vehicle was still available and found it was. Couple h Shopping online I found a vehicle at savannah vw. I used the online chat service to find out if vehicle was still available and found it was. Couple hours later I was emailed by Amanda and we set up a test drive and time to view the vehicle. Granted this was a week time frame due to not taking off work to do this. When we arrived our salesman met us at the door with keys in hand and allowed us time to view and discuss the vehicle without any pressure or slot of questions. Dan also guided us on a test drive in which he explained the service history of the vehicle. Financing was smooth except for some unexpected financial company stipulations. Due to vehicle being over 100k miles. Savannah vw is a very friendly place to do business as far im concerned my next vehicle will come from them. More

Worst than Vaden Never a good experience at this service department. They act as if they are doing you a favor talking to you. Last visit went in for a service & servi Never a good experience at this service department. They act as if they are doing you a favor talking to you. Last visit went in for a service & service guy forgot I was standing there & keep typing on his computer. I finally had to say after 25 minutes, that I had to go. He told me I needed a battery for my Fob, when I was picking up my car. I said ok & he wanted me to follow him to Parts. I bought battery and wanted it installed. The parts manager said she knew nothing. The service advisor had my Fob in service department for 35 minutes. I went into service department & saw him walking around. He said I wasn't suppose to be there & they were in a meeting. I would have to wait until they were finished. I said let me have my Fob & I would figure how to install it. Can't believe, quite frankly, that the parts manager was an idiot & was the manager. Never a good experience at this service department. More
