A VW dealer in Virginia installed 4 new tires on our car. We were in Savannah a week later on a trip and got a flat. Happy to find out there was a local VW dealer as the tires were under warranty. The dealership was able to take the car right away and we were back on the road in about 3 hours. They were not able to honor the warranty initially. Told us to pay and work it out with the Virginia dealer. But management followed up with us 2 days later and stepped up to credit back the payment and honor the warranty. The dealer provided a Straightforward and honest response to my offer to buy a new VW. The deal we reach was tailored differently than my offer but it was at the exact price I proposed.
