My VM Golf's battery died and I was able to get it jumped and drive it over to VW after closing time. I left the car, plus key/note, and they called promptly first thing the next morning. Wait time was 4 hrs too long and the price was outrageous. This time the staff didn’t acknowledge me until the 3 hr. The salesman came and ask will I like some water.
