The man that works at the service center desk is always very kind and helpful. He told me my car would be ready in 2.5 hours and he did not lie! When I was waiting on my car, I could hear him in his office talking about another customer and being extremely rude to his sales people; snatching papers and yelling at them. The man was trying to sell his car back but his brother who was his co-signer is in another country. The GM didn’t understand how to send mail to him and was making rude comments about how their names were similar and they had the same birthday, saying things like “that’s very fishy.” The man had already talked about how he was a twin. One sales man was trying to help a client over the phone and the general manager yelled at him about when her car would be ready so the sales man had to call the lady back and you could tell he felt so bad but it was something out of his control. If the GM was going to have such a nasty attitude, he should’ve closed his office door or maybe just stayed home. More
