I only came to Autostar because they claimed they were having a sale on tires. They claimed you could buy three tires and get one free. Even with this apparent sale, I only saved about $100 off the total having a sale on tires. They claimed you could buy three tires and get one free. Even with this apparent sale, I only saved about $100 off the total purchase as opposed to going to my normal tire store. When I dropped off the truck, I was told it would take about two hours to complete the mounting and balancing. I arrived 2 1/2 hours after they began and was told that my truck is close to being finished, but everyone was at lunch and therefore they would not return until 1 o’clock. I finally got my truck back four hours later and although I am happy with the tires whoever installed them put 80 pounds of pressure in the back tires and only 60 pounds in the front tire clearly they did not take much care in their performance. The young lady who checked me out on the other hand was very apologetic and very friendly so I appreciated her attempt at salvaging my experience. I would not recommend Autostar to any of my friends who are looking for tires. More

AutoStar has always been great from Kayleigh at check in to Courtney at checkout. Never a problem in between.
