My daughter come to purchase a vehicle and was told she needed a consignor. My husband come to co-sign and was the vehicle was put in his name. When asked they said his credit was better that it wouldnt ma needed a consignor. My husband come to co-sign and was the vehicle was put in his name. When asked they said his credit was better that it wouldnt matter in the future if we wanted to buy ourselves a vehicle. All we had to do is tell the new dealership our daughter makes the payments. Like that makes sense. Then after having the vehicle for 3 weeks we had to bring it back because it wouldn’t start and then was told we weren’t approved at the bank and needed another $8000 down. A very frustrating situation! She got it worked out and got to keep the vehicle thank goodness but now we’re stuck with a 3rd vehicle in our name making our debt to income higher and possibly ruining our chances of financing in the future More

Had steps installed on my vehicle. First set didn’t work as they should and parts were on back order. Also some of the wiring wasn’t done properly with exposed copper wire showing. Communication was subpar and was only updated after I initially called. Second set of steps took a day and a half to install with no communication the first day until I called and checked on it. I don’t intend to even get my free oil changes done there. Not impressed. Sales did good and Terry in parts was amazing and communicated well. More
