Rodney, as is the case with most car salesmen is a liar. After agreeing on a truck , I explained I was waiting on money from the sale of my current truck. While shaking my hand, he told me as long as I was definitely buying the truck, they'd hold it "for as long as I needed, I don't want screw up the relationship the dealership has with your employer ". Due to a few issues, this period was nearing 2 weeks. I was in touch with my salesman almost daily, even offering a $500 deposit. I suggested to at least start the financing process and the truck would be at least half paid for, still in their possession. I was told they couldn't do that and they weren't holding the truck any longer...and they sold the truck out from under our agreement. So, I left and bought a vehicle somewhere else where they value their customers! To sum up, Rodney is your typical salesman that will tell you anything to make a sale. He blew a bunch of smoke up my xxx to paint a pretty picture then reneged on a man's word and hand shake on a business deal. I wouldn't trust Hendersonville CDJR as far as I could throw them. I will never refer them to anyone! More
