Bad communication regarding answering phone and providing updates. Dropped my vehicle off on wed night finally got ahold of somebody on Friday who said two people didn’t show up for work and they hadn’t ev updates. Apparently my time is not valued. Would have been nice to know this as I was out a vehicle for another day with no communication. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle after the diagnostic i was informed that they had over quoted my bill a 1,000 dollars. Need to improve communication and trust. Decided to buy a new vehicle and went elsewhere. If your behind in work and scheduling you need to be honest with customers I wouldn’t recommend unless there are drastic changes with communication More
