Even after the purchase, when a minor glitch popped up, they handled it with total professionalism—providing me with a loaner car immediately and resolving the issue within 24 hours. That kind of service is rare these days. Thanks to Jimmy’s honesty, knowledge, and sincere approach, I’ll be doing all my future car business with him and this dealership. DO NOT GO HERE to purchase a used vehicle. Not only do they not thoroughly inspect the vehicle although they claim they did but they fail to disclose any issues the car has at the time. I bought a vehicle from them which had a leaking radiator that was not apparent at the time of purchase as it's a slow leak. I did confirm with their sales rep Richard Popperwell that the car was inspected and found to be in good condition. Shortly after the purchase I started getting a message stating "Coolant Error" although the coolant levels were fine. When I advised him of this issue when i dropped off the car for them to fix the leather seat that they had promised to fix, Richard advised me that the radiator had a leak and that they are going to replace it. Six months after replacing the radiator, the same message started popping up again and once again the coolant levels are perfectly fine. I tried to get them to fix the radiator again but they are trying to push me off to Mercedes and pay for this repair out of my own pocket. They are claiming that I purchased it in AS IS condition which is great and dandy except the AS IS condition I was provided was that the car was in good condition with no issue whatsoever other than the leather seat that had damage. They are refusing to fix this radiatior which clearly is a defect or their lack of knowledge of replacing a Mercedes radiatior is causing the issue again. This dealership is a fraud and very deceiving. I won't ever purchase another car from them and I will be reporting them to the government agency to make them aware of the fraudulent sales tactics being used by this dealership. Don't say I didn't warn you but I wish I could give Negative stars. More
Lemon car lot! I bought a Alfa from this dealership and 3 days later the check engine light comes on. The sales man kept showing all the repairs they recently did o I bought a Alfa from this dealership and 3 days later the check engine light comes on. The sales man kept showing all the repairs they recently did on the car to insure me that the car was in good condition. Come to find out the car had major issues and the codes were just cleared. Stay far away from this dealer and I would never buy another car from them. More

Greg has been awesome to me, making sure I know all the cool gadgets and all the important stuff to keep me safe in my new car. One of the most important things he did, and I think every dealer across the United States should be required to do the same, was help me set up my hands free for my phone so I won’t be distracted by it..
