Complete incompetence. Their full service car inspection apparently does NOT include inspection under the hood. Car was never fixed on 3 separate visits. Never again will I go back here. First time coming to this dealership for service. I was going to a different dealership that is about 5 minutes from my house for a long time for repeat issues on my 2018 GLC. They have been the same prob going to a different dealership that is about 5 minutes from my house for a long time for repeat issues on my 2018 GLC. They have been the same problems since I bought it new and the other dealer was not able to duplicate. My issues with them were not that they weren’t able to duplicate but they do not keep me up to date in progress, nor seem to do anything other than hold the vehicle for a few hours and then send it back to me. The problems are intermittent issues and how can you duplicate something that happens 30% of the time in less than a few hours of having the vehicle? Autobahn service advisor has great communication, kept me in the loop every few hours on progress of each troubleshooting steps, and also informed me they would like to hold the vehicle longer to test further. That’s 100 times more than what my other dealership was doing. I will be coming back to Autobahn for my future needs even though it is about 30 mins away from my house. More

They recommended thousand of dollars of "critical" repairs.. Received second opinion which was repairs that had been recommended were not needed. Gas cap replacement - $116.73 - done by others for $59.33 Josh was "great". Must be a tough job delivering less than ethical information to his customers. More
