Submitted a request online for a quote. Was not contacted by anyone so I call them myself. I was connected with a salesperson who asks me what I'm looking for and I give him that information who s contacted by anyone so I call them myself. I was connected with a salesperson who asks me what I'm looking for and I give him that information who says he'll refer me to someone. I am called by this employee who asks me again what I'm looking for and says he'll give me a call back in an hour with quotes. Several hours later, I receive a call, and he gives me quotes on cars without any of the options I told him I was looking for. Why bother asking me if you're not going to include those in the leasing quote? So he says he'll look again to see. He calls back and gives me a quote with a lower number and more options (but still above what I'm looking to pay) - but why not have given me that the first time around? Shady. I explain to him that that quote is not right and people are receiving better quotes and essentially tells me that I'm wrong and that he's not lying because this deal would be through the dealership and he has no reason to lie therefore because he's not making any money off of it. Then essentially says he can't help me. Awful experience. More

I have purchased well over 20 vehicles over the years, and normally I despise the experience. I love cars but hate buying them. Jodie Lott changed that for me. I never had to step foot on a car lot, or deal with any pressure or gimmicks. Jodie and I talked on the phone multiple times and we took care of my trade-in, financing, money down without disturbing my work day, plus when i arrived at the dealership, I had exactly the vehicle I wanted and was gone in 30 minutes. I will definitely do business with Jodie and Autoflex again. More

Thanks to Jodie, I was driving home in an affordable car 48 hours after I first contacted him! With my credit issues, I had been afraid no one would work with me.
