Incredible Service I went into the service department because I was having trouble connecting my new iPhone to my 2017 X6. I was greeted by Amanda who was able to help me get my phone working in a a matter I moments. She also took the time to show me a few other things about the vechile that my salesman did not bother to show me. I was even more impressed with the service because I am not local to the dealership and I did not buy the car there. Amanda was wonderful, I would highly recomend her. More

Poor Quality Control Took my vehicle to this dealership multiple times for repairs. the most recent time didn't get 5 miles from the dealership before the check engine li Took my vehicle to this dealership multiple times for repairs. the most recent time didn't get 5 miles from the dealership before the check engine light came on. When asked about performing post repair diagnostics response was "no." One service advisor reported multiple customers having to return multiple times to get repair performed correctly. perhaps more investment in training repair personnel and less advertising is in order. More
